When will my order ship?

Each order has a unique lead time depending on a number of factors, including what quantity you ordered, if the product is currently in stock, how quickly you approve your mockup, your requested shipping method, etc. On the product page, we’ve give you a window for how long it should take to get your order out the door. If you need your customized product for an event or you have a deadline you need to meet, let us know in your order notes or give customer service a ring. We’ll do our best to help.

How fast will I get my order?

How fast do you need it? We offer a variety of shipping methods when you check out. If you have a few days (up to 7 days from the ready date), then you can utilize our standard free shipping method. If you need something just a little quicker, take a looked at our rush and expedited options for a small upcharge.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

No problem! The earlier in the order process we are, the easier it will be to make a change. You’ll be able to make most adjustments to your order prior to receiving a mock-up by logging into your 4boon account and editing your order. If you need to make any changes after you’ve approved your mock-up, please call customer service. We’re happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

For now we accept all major credit cards.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We’re sorry if you’ve received items that may not be working. If you believe you’ve received a damage or defective items, please call Customer Service with your email address or order number. We’ll get you taken care of as soon as quickly as we can.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since most of our products are custom, returns and exchanges are limited to defective products or incorrect orders. If things aren’t right, let us know – we will either rush a new order into production or refund you in full.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once we process your refund, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

How can I write a review on a product?

Thanks for wanting to share how much you love our products. Only verified purchasers of an item are able to leave a review for it. Once your order is complete, we’ll send you reminder with a link to leave a review. You can head to that item’s product page click and click on the review section if you don’t want to wait.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Sorry to see you go. If you’re tired of getting great deals sent to you inbox, there’s always an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. Sending a request to unsubscribe@4boon.com will also get the job done.
